Artificial intelligence company founder to present ‘Empowering the Digital Marketer’ by leveraging machine learning to engage digital banking users who rarely visit branches
BOSTON—May 2, 2019—Micronotes, the leading provider of artificially intelligent marketing automation for digital banking, announced today that CEO Devon Kinkead will be a featured speaker at Fiserv Forum 2019, the annual conference for Fiserv clients. Fiserv is a Micronotes partner, bringing the many benefits of Micronotes’ AI platform to its large base of bank and credit union clients.
Kinkead’s presentation, in the session “How Artificial Intelligence Will Make Your Business Smarter,” takes place Tuesday, May 7 at 3:45 p.m. in the South Seas C room at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
“Using artificial intelligence, bankers can do things that were impossible only a few years ago,” said Kinkead. “I’ll discuss how marketers use AI-enabled marketing to get to know digital banking users who seldom set foot in a branch. Using AI, bank and credit union marketers can engage in quick, targeted conversations with digital users during online and mobile banking sessions. This enables marketers to deepen relationships with existing and new customers and members.”
Also speaking at Forum is Parker Steed, Micronotes’ channel sales director, who will participate in a session titled “Personalize Engagement with AI and Machine Learning.” Joining him will be Fiserv executive Samuel Venhaus, and Denise Gendreau, senior vice president of retail operations for Pioneer Bank in New Mexico, a joint Fiserv and Micronotes client. That session takes place on Wednesday, May 8 at 10:30 a.m. in the Breakers D room at Mandalay Bay.
